How a kitchen gets done in 10 days.
Most renovations drag because five different contractors are waiting on each other. We run cabinets, stone, plumbing, and electrical as one scheduled project — here’s exactly what that looks like, day by day.

Days 1–2
Tear-out & disposal
Floors and walkways protected, the old kitchen removed, and every scrap of debris hauled away. You never touch a bin.

Days 2–3
Site prep & rough-ins
Plumbing and electrical are moved, added, or updated to suit the new layout — done properly, ready for inspection.

Days 3–7
Cabinet supply & install
Cabinets built for your layout arrive and go in: boxes, doors, panels, crown, and hardware — levelled, aligned, and finished.

Days 7–9
Custom stone countertops
Counters are templated on your installed cabinets, precision-fabricated on our accelerated schedule, and installed.

Days 9–10
Hookups, appliances & handover
Final plumbing and electrical connections, appliances installed, a full cleanup, and a walkthrough of your finished kitchen.

Speed comes from preparation, not shortcuts.
The 10-day install works because every decision is made before the first cabinet leaves the old kitchen. Here’s what we lock down with you in advance:
Your layout, finalized
We measure your space and lock the design with you at the free consultation — cabinet by cabinet — so nothing is being decided mid-install.
Materials chosen & ordered
Doors, finishes, hardware, and stone are selected and secured before day one. The 10-day clock starts when everything is ready to install.
Appliances confirmed
New appliances on site (or existing ones staying put) are confirmed in advance so hookups on day 10 are plug-and-play.
A schedule in writing
You get the day-by-day plan with your quote. If your project needs 12 days instead of 10, you'll know that before you sign — not after.
